Viruses are the smallest and deadlier organisms which can cause harm to any human being or animal. However all are not so lethal. Viruses are present on earth since times immemorial, they are inhibitant of the earth long before the human beings. Human beings are living simultaneously with these viruses and learned to co-exist. All credit goes to the immunity power of the humans. As human beings are inhaling & exhaling, also eating, drinking , they put in and out numerous particles including these micro organisms like viruses. However there has been no perfect anti viral has been made till date. The reason is virus being mutant, as they change themselves and evolve over time & environment they are living in. If we try to kill them inside our body, they will develop themselves according to it. We can only do is to make our immune system so strong that virus doesn’t affect us badly.

Immune system of every individual is diffferent and it depends upon the body type, age, genes, diet, environment of dwelling, living and so many other factors. In all these factors, diet also plays crucial role in one’s immunity building. Diet of one must include all essential & non essential vitamins, minerals and amino acids. As we know whenever any virus or any other foreign microorganism tries to evade human body, it automatically responds and start fighting with it. It is concept of generation of antibodies. Antibodies are produced in those human bodies very quickly and effficiently , which are not suffering from any other ailment or disease and is of young age. Now the main demand is to boost immunity of the body, which can produce antibodies and fight with the viruses.

As a famous saying, “If your diet is not right, medicines are of no use, and if your diet is right, then there is no need of medicines. It is true in all aspects and major focus is to be on making your diet right and let your body fight with pathogens.

Now a perfect and balanced diet is always needed to maintain the optimal health of a human being, but what special has to be done with diet, when diagnosed with some infecction of virus. For this Dr. Biswaroop Roy Chaudhary, Chairman of Indo-Vietnam Medical Board has suggested a special diet plan, in which a person can recover from any infection and can flush out the infection by just changing the diet plan. Table below shows the diet plan.

No Solid food diet
Second (Fluid Diet)x = person’s body weight / 20
y = persons body weight multiplied by 5
x glasses of coconut water plus x glasses of citrus fruit juice
y grams of raw Tomato & Cucumber Salad.
Do not take Dairy & Animal source food (milk, meat, egg etc. )
No Solid food diet except Salad
Third Day x= Person’s body weight / 30
y = person body weight multiply 5
Till 12 noon, x glasses of coconut water + x glasses of citrus fruit juice
Lunch = y grams of cucumber and tomato salad
Dinner = Regular meal home cooked food
Do not take Dairy & Animal source food (milk, meat, egg etc. )

Let us assume Body weight of the person is 60 Kg. So as per above diet plan the diet will be as follows:

No Solid food diet except Salad
Third Day x= 60 / 30 = 2
y = 60 X 5= 300 gms
Till 12 noon, 2 glasses of coconut water + 2 glasses of citrus fruit juice
Lunch = 300 grams of cucumber and tomato salad
Dinner = Regular meal home cooked food
Do not take Dairy & Animal source food (milk, meat, egg etc. )
